Position Description:
Adorned in Grace Bridal and Formalwear raises awareness and funds for the prevention of exploitation and the restoration of its victims by uniting champions to creatively address this social injustice. Adorned in Grace serves under Compassion Connect, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This position will support operations across our two Adorned in Grace shop locations in Portland and Gresham, Oregon.

Position Summary:
The Adorned in Grace Assistant Shop Manager supports the day-to-day operations of our bridal shops by assisting customers, processing sales, managing inventory and donations, and maintaining shop organization. This role works closely with volunteers to ensure excellent customer service, consistent procedures, accurate record keeping, and a welcoming shopping experience. Responsibilities include supporting customer inquiries, fostering volunteer engagement, assisting with social media content, and helping maintain attractive, organized, and up-to-date bridal retail environments that further the mission of Adorned in Grace.
